Reports to: Branch Manager/Regional Sales Manager
**Job Type**: Full-Time
## Job Summary:
The Branch Banking Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by focusing on the opening of current accounts, account funding, and the sales of POS machines, EDC machines, and QR sound boxes. The role requires a proactive approach to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of SBI Payments.
## Key Responsibilities:
1. Current Account Opening:
- Engage with potential customers to promote and open current accounts.
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence for new account openings.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with bank policies.
2. Account Funding:
- Encourage and assist customers in funding their new accounts.
- Develop strategies to increase account funding and customer engagement.
3. POS (Point of Sale) Machine Sales:
- Promote and sell POS machines to retail businesses and merchants.
- Provide demonstrations and training on the usage and benefits of POS machines.
4. EDC (Electronic Data Capture) Machine Sales:
- Identify potential customers for EDC machines and conduct sales presentations.
- Address customer queries and provide post-sales support.
5. QR Sound Box Sales:
- Market and sell QR sound boxes to enhance digital payment solutions for merchants.
- Ensure proper installation and functionality of the QR sound boxes.
6. Leading with SBI Payments:
- Drive the adoption of SBI Payment solutions among merchants and customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payment processes and improve customer experience.
7. Target-Based Work:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the bank.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet business goals.
8. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
9. Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
## Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, especially related to current accounts and payment solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Regular office hours with occasional extended hours to meet sales goals and attend events.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
