Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executive with a proven track record in the education industry to join our sales team. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with educational institutions (schools, coaching centers, etc.), and promoting our products and solutions. You will be responsible for on-field sales activities, meeting with clients, and driving revenue growth in your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads in the education sector, focusing on schools, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (principals, directors, and educational heads) to promote SpeEdLabs’ solutions.
- Conduct on-field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our personalized learning platform.
- Understand client requirements, propose customized solutions, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales in the education industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the education sector, particularly schools and coaching centers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
