Rotational shifts between 8am to 8 pm any 9 hours as per roster scheduled

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for interacting with PAN India customers/prospects of Liberty General Insurance.
- Responsible for out calling PAN India customers/prospects of Liberty General Insurance.
- Responsible for delivering the relevant KPI’s designed for the assigned job role.
- Responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction survey.
- Responsible for Upsell and Cross sell as per the campaign running at the Contact Centre.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,348.08 - ₹25,140.12 per month
