**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator (Tally)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter financial data such as invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries into Tally.
- **Tally Management**: Maintain and update accounting entries in Tally on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- **Reconciliation**: Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile financial discrepancies in Tally.
- **Reports Generation**: Generate financial reports such as trial balances, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc., from Tally.
- **Data Accuracy**: Ensure that all financial data entered into the system is correct, complete, and up-to-date.
- **Assist in Audits**: Support the audit process by providing accurate data and reports when required.
- **Invoice Management**: Create and manage invoices, track payments, and manage receivables in the system.
- **Tax Calculation**: Assist in preparing tax-related entries and reports (e.g., GST returns) using Tally.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain proper records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- **Other Administrative Tasks**: Perform additional tasks related to accounting and finance as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience** in data entry, especially using Tally.
- **Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime** is essential.
- **Basic accounting knowledge** and understanding of financial statements.
- High **attention to detail** and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to **work under deadlines** and manage multiple tasks.
- **Good communication skills** for interaction with team members and clients.
- **Time management skills** and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
