Job Description — Admissions Counsellor (Haldwani)

Role Overview
Own the full admissions journey—from discovery to enrollment. You’ll run 1:1 counselling sessions, map the right course to a student’s goals, handle objections, coordinate demos, and close enrollments within policy. You’re accountable for monthly enrollments, revenue realization, and immaculate CRM hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Student Discovery & Counselling
Conduct structured needs analysis (education, goals, budget, timelines).
Present course fit, outcomes, and career pathways with proof points (projects, portfolios, alumni wins).
Use storytelling and objection handling to build trust; never oversell.
Demo & Appointment Management
Convert qualified leads into counselling/demo sessions; send confirmations & reminders.
Coordinate trainer availability and ensure high-quality demo experiences.
Enrollment & Documentation
Explain fee plans, offers, and policies accurately (no unauthorized discounts).
Share payment links; manage Full / eNACH / Loan / Other options as per SOP.
Trigger agreements in Zoho Sign, collect KYC, and ensure all documents are uploaded correctly.
Follow-ups & Pipeline
Move leads strictly per DQ Blueprint stages and use instant/divergence paths as defined.
Collections Support
Align payment schedules at the time of enrollment; issue polite reminders as per policy.
Flag risk cases early; coordinate with Centre Director for escalations.
Reporting & CRM Hygiene
Log every call, note, stage, and next action same day in Zoho CRM.
Submit daily/weekly reports: show-ups, enrollments, realization, and lost-reason analysis.
Compliance & Brand
Follow approved scripts, DND/data-privacy norms, and DQ Learnings’ service standards.
Zero tolerance for misinformation or off-record deals.
Must-Have Skills
Excellent Hindi and solid conversational English.
Consultative selling, objection handling, and empathetic communication.
Discipline with follow-ups, time management, and documentation.
Hands-on with Zoho CRM, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Docs, Zoho Sign; familiarity with Exotel/Callyzer is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
