**The Role**:
We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing/Sales Assistant to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will support the owner in driving sales by managing both the pre-sale preparation and post-sale follow-up processes. Your contributions will be critical in generating qualified leads, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Pre-Sale Support**:
- Conduct market research and identify prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing sales materials and customized proposals based on our pricing model.
- Manage CRM data and track lead progress.
- **Post-Sale Support**:
- Follow up with clients to ensure seamless onboarding and project kick-offs.
- Provide ongoing support to address client queries and maintain relationships.
- **Sales Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the owner to streamline the sales process and improve conversion rates.
- Help schedule meetings, demos, and presentations.
- **Marketing Initiatives**:
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and content creation to boost brand visibility.
