**Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor / Inventory Coordinator**

**Job Summary**: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be in charge of overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving and dispatching goods, managing inventory, and leading the warehouse team. Your main goal is to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and that stock levels are always accurate.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Primary Vehicle Offloading**:

- Supervise the unloading of incoming trucks and containers.
- Ensure goods are handled properly and recorded in the system.

**Secondary Vehicle Dispatch**:

- Oversee the loading and dispatch of outgoing trucks.
- Ensure the correct products are sent out on time.

**Stock Aggregation at SKU Level**:

- Organize stock by SKU to make sure it's easy to find and track.
- Check that stock levels match the system records.

**Maintaining Inventory**:

- Keep track of stock and ensure the warehouse has the right amount of products.
- Regularly check inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.

**Physical Inventory Counts (PIC)**:

- Perform daily spot checks on random SKUs to make sure stock counts are accurate.
- Report any issues with stock levels and fix discrepancies.

**Labor Team Management**:

- Lead and supervise the warehouse team.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure the team follows the operation schedule.
- Brief the team on daily priorities and keep them on track.

**Skills Needed**:

- Good leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems.
- Ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail for stock checks and inventory accuracy.
