Office Co-ordinator

Kolkata, India DENOVO INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING Full time

**a.** The Employee shall be responsible for:
**i.** Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

**ii.** Maintain files and records with effective filing systems

**iii.** Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)

**iv.** Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office

**v.** Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)

**vi.** Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system

**vii.** Deal with customer complaints or issues

**viii.** Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders

**ix.** Assist in vendor relationship management

**x.** To perform work related errands as requested such as going to the bank, CEO home, any other delegated outdoor work.

**xi.** Will be responsible for bank related work like acquiring the bank requisitions statements, getting passbooks updated and any other task as assigned by the Administrative Assistant or Programme Support Manager.

**xii.** To be responsible for the office cleanliness

**xiii.** Will be responsible for providing logístical support to the programme teams during training programmes, external workshops etc. as required.

**xiv.** To Assist in menial office tasks required by the office staff; like photocopying documents, scanning documents, day to day offi**a.** The Employee shall be responsible for:

**xx.** Should be comfortable and well versed with writing, reading and conversing in Hindi, Bengali, working knowledge of English will be preferable.
