**Profile Introduction**:
The Interior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the implementation of interior design projects from start to finish. This includes managing on-site activities, supervising the installation and construction process, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and maintaining quality standards. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage both the practical and aesthetic aspects of interior projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of interior design projects, ensuring that the installation and construction processes adhere to the project scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks.
- Lead and manage on-site teams, including carpenters, painters, electricians, laborers, and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks and monitor the progress of work, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and that work is being executed according to the design plans.
- Check the accuracy of measurements, material specifications, and the quality of finishes, ensuring that the final outcome matches the designer's vision.
- Track project expenses and ensure that the project remains within budget, addressing any deviations from the planned financials.
- Assist in the development of project timelines and ensure all milestones are met on schedule.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
