Domestic IT Recruiter (Work from Home)

Education Qualification: Any PG (B. Tech/B.E, MBA, M. Com, MCA)

**Skills**:Proven experience as recruitment specialist or similar position
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Good exposure to technologies and current trends
- Good experience on Permanent and Contract Staffing
- Should have strong experience in Head Hunting, Social media souring and market mining.
- Sales/Customer service skills
- Outstanding communication ability
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Well-organized
- Ability to work with targets
- Sound judgement.

**Responsibilities**:
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position

Required skills and qualifications

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Proven Work Experience into IT Domestic Recruitment

Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks

Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
