**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our services and programs.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and address their inquiries.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Maintain a detailed database of all interactions with clients and update the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information about our programs, admission requirements, and benefits.
- Persuade potential clients to enroll in our services by explaining the advantages and benefits.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Handle customer objections and resolve issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
