_**Roles and Responsibilities**_
- Discuss with potential customers to inform them of the CFC’s offerings and services.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of Membership and Products
- Interacting with customers via various channels
- Noting important details of each conversation
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
- Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
- Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the clients
- Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action
- **Skills Required**_
- Strong communication abilities
- Outstanding verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach
- The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
- Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides
- Ability to listen and solve problems

**Qualifications**:
Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.

Any Graduate

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
