Ensuring and inspecting that the quality of products and services standards of the company is maintained throughout its operations
- Help with operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as looking into other KPIs
- Perform regular inspections and quality tests
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and standards
- Provide creative solutions for reviewing data and solving problems identified
- Plan and execute company complaint and execution procedures to document and help fix complaints.
- Ensure products meet customer demands and expectations
- Work closely with the development team to continuously improve the quality of existing products and services
- Create Audit reports and make recommendations for improvement
- Create training materials and an operational guidebook

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹360,744.76 - ₹1,570,297.00 per year
