**What this job is about**:
**Your main tasks**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Build a strong list of people/companies who might buy.
- **Prospecting & Qualification**:

- Talk to leads to understand if they really need the product/service.
- Check if they are the right fit to become a customer.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Explain the company’s product/service over phone or video call.
- Adjust your pitch according to customer needs.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Maintain good connections with potential clients.
- Understand their problems and show how your product can solve them.
- Work with internal teams (support, marketing, etc.) for a smooth experience.
- **Closing Deals**:

- Negotiate, send proposals, and convert leads into paying customers.
- Aim to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Share reports about progress, sales pipeline, and future revenue.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Keep track of competitors and market trends.
- Share useful insights with your team.
- **Customer Follow-up**:

- Stay in touch even after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Suggest more products/services when possible (upselling/cross-selling).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
