**We're hiring a skilled Area Service Engineer to ensure the quality of used appliances and address reseller claims through repairs. You'll contribute to maintaining product excellence and reducing claim rates.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monthly Planning: Create and share a reseller visit plan with the manager.
- Quality Audit: Promptly respond to and address reseller claims, ensuring products meet standards.
- Repair Training: Educate resellers on cost-effective product repairs.
- Technical Diagnoses: Expertly identify and solve technical issues in consumer electronics.
- Technician Onboarding: Expand our service network by recruiting skilled technicians.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 2-6 years in consumer electronics or appliances.
- Quick Learner: Adapt to technical changes swiftly.
- Transportation: Own a two-wheeler and valid license.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior electronics/appliances experience preferred.
- Education: Minimum 10+2/ITI/Diploma/Graduate, proficient in appliance diagnosis.

**Skills**:

- Repair Services: Proficient in electronics/appliance repairs.
- Quality Assurance: Skilled in quality control and standards.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
