**KEY RESULT AREAS**

1. Responsible for Service SLAs such as Response and resolution Time, Open calls, & C-sat for the assign territory.

2 Contribute in developing a Technical service infrastructure across territory to service all distributors and end users.

4. Develop & Appoint new fabrication team for Surfaces Retail/Project installation & also for Façade market

5. Coordinating with the Sales and installation team to service the respective Market and ensuring quality of execution for products under the -Surfaces & Water solutions product portfolio.

6 Coordination of Retail & Project site execution for surfaces, monitoring the fabrication for the surfaces.

7 Ensure service deliverance and achievement of Service KPI’s

8 Analyzing the reasons for delay in servicing for better control and taking timely actions to correct the situation if required.

9 Identify Training need to all Fabricators; ensure all the Stone Masters well trained, technically qualified and groomed well in soft skills as well as technical knowledge.

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To ensure Service Network Expansion based on the sales plan and business need.

2. To ensure customer complaints & service issues are dealt with in a fair and prompt manner.

**Salary**: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to Relocate:
