DEPARTMENT - MOLDING

POST-**IBM SUPERVISOR**(Injection Blow molding machine)

Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field.

EXPERIENCE- 03 TO 04 YEARS (Must have experience of Injection Blow Molding machine)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules, coordinate with other department such as materials management and quality control.
- Lead and supervise a team, provide training to enhance their skills and performance.
- Equipment maintenance of the machines
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed and provide training to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressures and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: 30 to 35 K CTC (Depend on interview)
