**Job Description: Lab Testing Incharge in Recycling Industry**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Lab Testing Incharge to join our Recycling Industry team. As the Lab Testing Incharge, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of PA/PBT-based compounded materials. This role requires expertise in lab testing, quality assurance/control, and a strong understanding of plastic and recycling industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance/Control**: Ensure quality assurance/control for PA/PBT-based compounded materials, adhering to industry standards and internal quality requirements.
- **SOP and WI Preparation**: Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs) according to laboratory requirements.
- **Lab Equipment Handling**: Manage lab equipment such as MVR, viscosity testers, mechanical testing instruments, and injection molding equipment.
- **Raw Material Quality**: Ensure quality assurance of produced materials and raw materials, including color matching.
- **Documentation**: Document quality-related activities, including testing results, processes, and quality control measures.
- **Equipment Validation**: Take responsibility for the validation of testing equipment in the quality control laboratory.
- **ERP System Handling**: Handle the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and associated documentation related to lab testing.
- **In-Process Testing**: Perform testing of in-process materials and conduct lot release quality parameter testing.
- **Housekeeping**: Maintain a clean and organized laboratory area to ensure good housekeeping practices.
- **Training**: Provide training to team members and relevant personnel on quality work instructions and procedures.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma in CIPET (Polymer) or B.Sc. in Chemistry.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in lab testing, preferably in the plastic/recycling industry.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma in CIPET / B.Sc. in Chemistry**: Qualification in polymer testing or chemistry is required.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in lab testing, with a focus on plastic or recycling materials.

**Compensation**:
The salary for this position is up to 4 Lakh per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alwar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (required)
- Lab Testing department: 2 years (required)
- Plastic / Recycling industry: 2 years (preferred)
