**Responsibilities**:
Academic Program Management:

- Collaborate with faculty to develop and enhance academic programs and curriculum
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, suggesting improvements.

Faculty Development and Management:

- Facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty.

Student Support and Engagement:

- Implement strategies to enhance student success, retention, and satisfaction.
- Address student concerns and provide guidance through collaboration with support services.
- Promote inclusivity and diversity among students and faculty.

Academic Policies and Procedures:

- Develop and implement academic policies aligned with institutional goals.
- Provide guidance on academic policies and procedures.

Academic Quality Assurance:

- Monitor and evaluate academic program quality and adherence to standards.
- Conduct periodic program reviews and accreditation processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance academic quality.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Foster effective communication and collaboration among departments, faculty, and administration.
- Represent the university in academic meetings, conferences, and events.
- Cultivate partnerships with external stakeholders, including industry professionals and academic institutions.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to provide visionary and strategic leadership to drive academic excellence and achieve institutional goals
- Expertise in creating, evaluating, and improving academic programs and curriculum while assuring adherence to legal obligations and accrediting standards.
- Ability to implement strategies to enhance student success, retention, and satisfaction, and collaborate with student support services to address student concerns and promote inclusivity
- Ability to create and administer academic policies and procedures that are in line with institutional goals, ensuring that they are applied consistently and provide direction to teachers and students.

Excellent organizational ability to handle many obligations, set priorities, and make sure academic affairs run well.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
