QA Tester

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans based on software requirements and specifications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements.
- Validate system functionality, performance, and security compliance.
- Provide feedback on usability, design, and performance of software products.
- Participate in regression, system, and acceptance testing.
- Ensure the product meets quality standards before releases.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing, preferably in ERP and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with automation testing tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
