Unit Tester

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Test Design and Development**:

- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive unit tests for various software components.
- Collaborate with software developers to understand the architecture and functionality of the software.
- **Test Execution and Analysis**:

- Execute unit tests and report results to the development and QA teams.
- Analyze test results to identify defects and ensure test coverage.
- **Bug Identification and Reporting**:

- Identify, document, and report bugs in a clear and detailed manner.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
- **Automation**:

- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Integrate unit tests into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that unit tests are up to date with the latest software changes.
- Review code changes to determine the need for new or updated tests.
- **Collaboration**:

- Participate in code reviews to provide input on potential issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve the overall software development process.

Required Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in unit testing and test automation.
- Experience with programming languages such as PHP
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, NUnit, or pytest.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹241,079.09 - ₹1,187,738.24 per year
