Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Follow recipes and create new ones to enhance the bakery menu.
- Ensure consistency and quality of products.
- Work closely with the Head Baker and other kitchen staff.
- Train and mentor junior staff members, promoting best practices in baking and pastry techniques.
- Assist in ordering and maintaining stock levels of ingredients.
- Monitor inventory and minimize waste through proper portion control.
- Conduct regular taste tests to ensure product quality.
- Implement quality control measures to meet bakery standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and health codes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
