**POSITION: SALES COORDINATOR**

**ABOUT US**: We are a leading player in the building and construction material industry, specializing in high-quality products such as Floorguard, Woodguard, False Ceiling, roofing and more. Our company is known for its innovative solutions and commitment to customer satisfaction.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
- Generate Sales order and managing production request - Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business
- Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's products
- Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new products for sale by coordinating with production and logistic team.
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
- Collaborate with production, logistic & senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports

Job Location: Ambli Bopal Road, Ahmedabad.

Working Hours: 10:00 Am To 6:30 PM

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Must be proactive and think from Business side.
- Sound oral and written English Communication skills.
- Quick learner and who understand company business requirement
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and outlook
- Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed
- Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence Education: Graduation + MBA (Sales & Marketing) will be preferred

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
