We’re currently expanding and are on the lookout for a sharp, proactive, and detail-obsessed Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

Role Overview:
This is a key client-facing role focused on coordinating projects across social media platforms. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing content strategies, staying updated with the latest trends, and ensuring flawless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

Take detailed client briefs and convert them into clear, actionable debriefs

Develop effective social media strategies tailored to client needs

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Coordinate timelines, task distribution, and ensure on-time delivery of all content

Review creatives and content to ensure they are aligned with client expectations

Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with all stakeholders

Proactively suggest improvements and ideas for campaigns based on trend insights

Ensure processes are followed and nothing slips through the cracks

**Requirements**:
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or client servicing

Exceptional English communication - written and verbal

Strong understanding of the social media industry and platform-specific trends

Proven experience in creating social media content strategies

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Highly punctual, reliable, and process-driven

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple clients simultaneously

Bonus: Prior agency experience

Compensation:
No additional incentives or reimbursements

Pay: ₹10,639.21 - ₹42,473.44 per month
