**Job Title**: Material Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials and equipment at the project site.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements and schedules.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent material shortages or delays.
- Use **SAP** software to update and maintain inventory records, purchase orders, and material movement logs.
- Liaise with procurement, logistics, construction, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient material handling.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including MRNs, GRNs, and inventory reports.
- Support site teams during turnaround activities with prompt material coordination.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Any Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- **Experience**: 4 - 6 years in **Oil & Gas / Petrochemical** industry.
- **Project Experience**: Experience in **turnaround/shutdown** projects is **preferred**.
- Proficiency in **SAP** (Material Management Module).
- Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control, and project logistics.
