**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Director to support daily operations and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for Katha tourism and other initiatives of Aum Sah Foundation.
- Manage collections, bookings, backend operations, and reconciliations.
- Provide administrative and operational support for events across multiple locations.
- Liaise with vendors, volunteers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Track and convert leads provided by the Foundation, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
- Travel to event locations as needed to coordinate and oversee on-ground operations.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation to ensure effective communication across functions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proficiency in **Gujarati, Hindi, and English (verbal and written).**:

- **1-3 ONLY**years of experience in operations, event management, customer support, or related fields.
- Strong command of MS Excel, with the ability to work with data and reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Prior experience in event management, operations, or customer support is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
