**Job title**: Executive
- Operations & Client Servicing
**Location**: Noida
**Experience**: 2 yr
- 4yrs
who will be responsible for providing exceptional client service by managing and coordinating
the daily operations of the organisation. In this role, you will work closely with the team to
ensure the timely delivery of client's request, maintain accurate records and databases of
client information, and implement client retention strategies.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
∙Overall responsible for seamless servicing of all organization products in India and Overseas.
∙Negotiations & Coordination with vendors, airlines, Custom House Agents for ensuring timely
clearances and effective transport solutions at reasonable costs.
∙Good at Communication and client servicing.
∙Sending quotations
∙Maintaining TAT as Administered by Dept. Head.
∙Excellent Knowledge of Export / Import Documentation.
∙Handling preparation & maintenance of various import/export documents
**Reporting to**: General Manager Operations
**Preferred: Immediate Joinees**
Work from office, Salary best in market, work environment best in market

- Export / Import Documentation: 2 years (preferred)
- Operations -Client Servicing: 2 years (preferred)
