**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new clients to drive sales and market expansion.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and project developers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the **building materials** or **gypsum plastering industry** is a strong advantage.
