**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell residential/commercial properties
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels
- Conduct site visits and property showings for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers
- Negotiate deals and close property transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and legal regulations
- Prepare sales reports and keep client records updated

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of real estate market and property documentation
- Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time

**Location**: Baner
**Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers with passion are welcome)
