**About the Role-**
- Design and develop training programs for various role-holders at Auto dealerships
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
- If required, collaborate with various stakeholders for developing the content (both classroom as well as e-learning)
- Frontend the content function in front of the customer
- Ensure on-time delivery with quality and closure of content projects
- Manage current and new vendors/partners to get outsourced content delivered as per client expectations
- Experience in the field of development/ management of content projects
- eLearning & ILT, videos, flashcards, job aids, etc.
- Ability to work within timelines and provide regular updates to Project managers and client stakeholders
- Ability to work with inputs provided by stakeholders, in the form of storyboards and design documents
- Exposure to instructional design models, principles and methodologies
- Impeccable grasp of the English language
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Organize content and activities for effective learning
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Strict adherence to the style guides of the organization
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Proficiency with computers, writing skills, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office, and Tools (Desirable)
- Articulate, Captivate, Adobe and other eLearning tools

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
