**Designation -** Export Executive (Need to take care of Export Operations, Documentation, coordination & End to end export activity)

**Job Location:

- Ambernath**

1. Must have in-depth knowledge of documentation for all countries, specially APAC & MEA. Deal in trade finance transactions - LC, DA, DP
2. Raise sample & order requests in SAP.
3. Approval of order in SAP & follow-up with production team for EDD. Follow-up with dispatch team for timely shipments. Follow-up with QC for quality docs.
4. Get freight from forwarders, compare & send proforma invoice to the clients considering competitive option.
5. Good Negotiation Skills to get the best quotes from the forwarders & others if any,
6. Prepare pre-shipment & post-shipment documents.
7. Liaison with Freight Forwarder / CHA for the timely handover of cargo & approve the checklist & keep track on clearance process to ensure the cargo gets loaded in first available Flight / Vessel.
8. Handle LC related documents & ensure there is no discripancy.
9. Coordinate with bank to close FIRC’s & Outstanding in their records. Keep track of BRC’s.
10. Maintain Commission/Rebate file for clients. Also maintain Drawback file.
11. Submittion of Shipment docs to the Reporting Manager / Customer & in bank timely manner. Further follow-up with the bank.
12. Arrange DHL & provide dispatch details to respective sales person / customer.
13. Provide sampling dispatch details timely to sales person / customer.
14. Collection of export proof & submit to the factory.
15. Check Forwarders & DHL bills monthly & give account to proceed with payment.
16. Ability to correspond with the Buyer.
17. Maintain and share monthly sales & sampling data with reporting Manager.
18. Send timely payment reminders to the clients after discussing with the Sales Manager.
19. Excellence in MS-Office

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
