**Job Summary**:
The **Video Editor** is responsible for editing raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that communicate a specific message or tell a story. They work with directors, producers, and other creative team members to transform video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, commercials, corporate videos, and films. The video editor ensures that the final product is engaging, visually appealing, and aligned with the project’s objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit raw video footage into finished, high-quality video products, including trimming, sequencing, color correction, sound editing, and visual effects.
- **Storytelling**: Shape the narrative and tone of the video content to align with the goals of the project, ensuring a clear, coherent, and engaging final product.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand the vision, goals, and style of the project.
- **Audio Editing**: Edit audio tracks, including background music, voiceovers, sound effects, and dialogue, to ensure clear, balanced, and professional sound.
- **Visual Effects & Motion Graphics**: Integrate visual effects, graphics, titles, and animations to enhance the video and communicate key messages effectively.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain video and audio assets, ensuring that all files are properly stored and accessible for future use or revisions.
- **Feedback Integration**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, making adjustments and revisions to ensure the final product meets expectations.
- **Time Management**: Work within deadlines to ensure timely delivery of video projects while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that videos meet technical standards for clarity, resolution, and compatibility with various platforms (e.g., social media, TV, web).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Video Editing Software**: Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, or DaVinci Resolve.
- **Creativity & Storytelling**: Strong creative and storytelling abilities to bring footage to life and communicate the intended message.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail in both visual and audio aspects to ensure the final video is polished and professional.
- **Audio & Visual Skills**: Proficiency in syncing audio, sound effects, and background music with video content for a seamless experience.
- **Understanding of Visual Effects**: Knowledge of motion graphics, animations, and basic visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D) to enhance the video.
- **Time Management & Organization**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with other team members and clients.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions to challenges that arise during the editing process.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video editing work across different types of projects (e.g., advertisements, social media content, corporate videos, short films).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Production, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a video editor in a professional environment.
- Experience working on different types of video projects, including corporate videos, social media content, short films, or commercials.
- Knowledge of color grading techniques and software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video specifications (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Experience with 3D animation or advanced motion graphics (optional but a plus).

Pay: ₹10,048.05 - ₹33,348.92 per month
