**Position Summary**:
The **General Manager - Projects**will lead end-to-end project execution for large-scale residential, township, and high-rise developments. The role requires extensive technical expertise in project management, resource allocation, vendor management, and adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards.

- Project Planning & Execution:
Oversee complete project lifecycle from planning, budgeting, approvals, procurement, execution, to handover for residential/township/high-rise projects.
- Construction Management:
Lead site teams for multiple projects, ensuring adherence to construction schedules, quality standards, regulatory norms, and safety protocols.
- Coordination with Consultants & Contractors:
Manage relationships and coordination with architects, MEP consultants, structural engineers, contractors, and government authorities.
- Budgeting & Cost Control:
Prepare detailed project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control strategies without compromising on quality.
- Resource Planning & Allocation:
Plan manpower, machinery, and material requirements for optimal site productivity and performance.
- Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation plans to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Client & Management Reporting:
Provide periodic project progress reports, variance analysis, and recommendations to the management.
- **Qualification**:B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory); M.Tech/Project Management certification preferred.
- **Experience**:Minimum **20 years**in project execution with a focus on **residential townships, group housing, and high-rise buildings**.
- **Industry Exposure**:Hands-on experience with reputed real estate developers or large EPC companies managing multi-crore projects.
- Strong understanding of **construction contracts, statutory approvals, safety regulations, and site logistics.**
- Exceptional **leadership, communication, and project management skills.**

Pay: ₹568,095.40 - ₹45,000,000.00 per year
