**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Electrical Work**:

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, panels, and control systems.
- Inspect and maintain switches, circuit breakers, transformers, and lighting systems.
- Use tools such as multimeters and voltage testers for diagnostics and repair.
- Ensure all work is in compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards.
- Ensure DG is in ready-to-use condition at all times.
- Monitor and ensure daily syncing of biometric data to the attendance system.

**General Maintenance**:

- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspection of all equipment.
- Handle basic plumbing, carpentry, and all repairs.
- Respond promptly to facility maintenance issues reported by departments.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.
- 2-5 years of experience in electrical and general maintenance roles.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, DG operation, and safety compliance.
- Basic understanding of network devices (LAN/Wi-Fi connections).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.

**Salary**:

- 15000/ As per industry standards
