**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain and repair electrical systems, machinery and equipment in the steel fabrication factory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to manufacturing equipment, machinery and control panels.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards and company policies.
- Perform regular inspections of electrical systems and components to prevent breakdowns and ensure reliability.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems or equipment.
- Maintain wiring diagrams, electrical schematics and maintenance records.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to ensure continuous operation and mínimal downtime.
- Identify and replace faulty electrical components, such as circuit breakers, fuses, relays and switches.
- Ensure proper grounding of electrical systems and machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including checking and testing electrical equipment, systems and components.
- Implement safety measures and assist in training employees on electrical safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to electrical emergencies, providing quick and efficient troubleshooting and repairs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE) or equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of **5 years** of experience as an electrician, preferably in a **steel fabrication factory** or similar industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with electrical maintenance of heavy industrial equipment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, systems and machinery used in steel fabrication.
- Experience with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge of PLCs, motor control circuits and industrial electrical components.
- Familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards and regulations.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification or training in industrial safety and electrical systems.
- Experience with automated systems and control panels in manufacturing settings.
- Familiarity with power distribution and electrical systems specific to steel fabrication processes.
