We have an opening for **Executive Export & Import**. Job details as mentioned below:
**Title : Executive Export & Import** **(Export -80% & Import 20%)**

Experience : 4+ yrs

Job Location : Mulund (W), Mumbai

**Job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage the export and import processes of goods and materials.
- **Floating enquires** & making comparison taking approval from seniors, booking shipment as per readiness of Cargo. Planning/Stuffing on Vessel Gate open date and picking up container accordingly.
- Ensure **compliance with customs regulation**s and requirements
- Prepare and manage all necessary **export and import documentation**:

- Communicate with **suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders** to ensure smooth transportation of goods.
- **Monitor and track shipments**, providing updates to internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
- **Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of export and import activities**:

- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of import-export transactions, including shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
- _**Stay up-to-date on changes to import-export regulations and compliance requirements. **_
- Identify opportunities to optimize import-export processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Maintain outstanding payment of direct shipment & weekly updating to concerned stakeholders. Sharing Payment or overdue outstanding payment reminder to sales Person and customers
- Assist with other duties related to international trade and logistics, as assigned by management.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in import and export operations
- Knowledge of customs regulations and requirements
- Experience with customs documentation and procedures
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar software
