The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for a designated group of customer accounts, delivering exceptional service that fosters business growth. This role involves responding to and managing customer requests, orders, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer-focused service for assigned accounts.
- Manage customer orders from entry through delivery and invoicing.
- Communicate the value of our products and services effectively.
- Understand customers’ needs, operations, and product usage.
- Engage with customers through phone and electronic communication.
- Utilize various systems for transaction processing and management.
- Serve as the main point of contact for specific customer bases.
- Process incoming orders, confirm pricing and product availability, and update customers on order statuses.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to relay relevant customer information such as forecasts and changes in personnel or schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of sales orders, complaints, material returns, and credits.
- Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and product literature requests.
- Adhere to ISO procedures and maintain accurate customer service records.
- Participate in customer calls and visits with sales representatives.
- Proactively communicate with supply chain and shipping teams regarding any order changes initiated by customers.
- Work with sales teams to minimize aged inventory.

The CSR is crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the success of our operations through effective communication and coordination across departments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,711.76 per month
