
Back Office Executive

1. Conducting in-depth data analysis through extensive secondary & primary research.
2. Understanding client requirements and offering a solution based on the same.
3. Calling potential clients (enterprise companies across sectors) in markets across
the globe and generate qualified leads using proven methods.
4. Analysis of trade show events and sectors.
5. Building data sets of companies and their contact persons relevant to
the client’s requirement. 6. Managing Client programs and campaigns.
9. Analysing and organising large amount of data to establish a logic about business operations.
10. Finding contacts through primary & secondary sources.
11. Searching data using Search Engines. 12. Searching details of executives from
database like LinkedIn, Bloomberg, ZoomInfo, Verification.
13. Efficient time management skills - must be able to work independently and handle
multiple ongoing tasks with rapidly changing priorities.
Skill Required: 1. Client Focus 2. A good communicator with an ability to engage
with leadership team of companies & solicit information on company’s internationalization plans.
3. English Fluency: Verbal/ Written (non-negotiable). 4. Planning & Organization.
5. Multitasking. 6. Attention to detail. 7. Research & Analysis in efficient ways.
8. Commercial Awareness. 9. Ability to identify potential clients. 10. Communication skills
Essential Criteria: 1. Minimum 1- 3 years’ experience as Research Analyst.
2. Strong analytical skills. 3. Advance Microsoft knowledge. 4. Should be a multi-tasker,
good team player. 5. Should have knowledge of FDI & SME Internationalization.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
