**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Management**:

- Inputting and maintaining data into systems or databases.
- Ensuring data accuracy and updating records as required.
- Generating reports from internal databases.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports for management.
- **Processing Orders & Requests**:

- Assisting in processing customer orders, queries, and requests.
- Coordinating with other departments (like sales or logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Tracking and maintaining stock levels, inventory records, and coordinating with suppliers for necessary stock replenishment.
- **Documentation & Filing**:

- Organizing, filing, and maintaining physical and digital documents.
- Ensuring proper filing and documentation for audits or compliance.
- **Customer Support**:

- Providing back-end support to customer service teams.
- Responding to inquiries or issues that are escalated from the front office.
- **Processing Payments & Invoices**:

- Handling administrative tasks related to invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
- Collaborating with finance departments to ensure proper billing and payments.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Assisting in generating performance or operational reports.
- Analyzing data and providing insights to help improve business operations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Working closely with other departments (sales, operations, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth workflows.
- Coordinating tasks and timelines with relevant stakeholders.
- **General Office Support**:

- Assisting with day-to-day office activities and contributing to a productive and organized environment.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by supervisors.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business administration, finance, or related fields is often preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in administrative or back office support roles is preferred but not always required.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. Knowledge of CRM or ERP software is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage and maintain accurate data, records, and documents.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Organization Skills**: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues and find appropriate solutions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹9,008.27 - ₹21,798.71 per month
