**Roles & Responsibilities**

Creative Communication:

- Assist in executing brand and campaign briefs to deliver creative solutions and collateral.
- Ensure customer communication features strong, appealing visual designs.
- Support brand managers and social media teams in creating engaging content with quick turnarounds.
- Collaborate with senior designers to maintain a high standard of creative output.

Design Strategy:

- Work under senior team members to create consistent communication templates for campaigns.
- Contribute to maintaining the visual identity across all brand collateral.
- Ensure design alignment with the brand's guidelines and aesthetic.

Learning and Growth:

- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creative skills.
- Be open to mentorship and feedback to grow within the team.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

- 1-2 years of work experience in designing marketing collateral, preferably in social media and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of GIF creation and video editing is a plus.
- An eye for detail with strong design aesthetics and execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing creative work in branding, digital design, or related areas.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.

Preferred:

- Experience in FMCG or consumer brands.
- Exposure to packaging design or creating brand books is an added advantage.
- Passion for learning and willingness to adapt to organizational needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
