Our education center is an Education Startup that provides you with the tools, technology, and lessons to help you grow as an educator and help students improve their grades and well-being. Our company also facilitates tutors by providing easy access to teach students locally and regionally.

**Tutoring Responsibilities**:

- Teach one-to-one private lessons to students both online and offline
- Teach small group settings (up to 5 students) both online and offline
- Participate in our education center meetups and workshops
- Maintain tutor profile and regularly add content
- Collaborate and interact within our online community
- Regularly update the tutoring schedule
- Stay updated with the latest pedagogical styles and academic syllabus
- Identifying the specific needs of each student

**Tutor Requirements**:

- Responsible, committed with a strong passion for teaching
- Familiar with local academic syllabus
- Great content knowledge and expertise
- Able to work well with students from different backgrounds
- Able to effectively explain academic concepts
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in tutoring remotely/online (optional)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
