We have urgent Requirements for **MBBS, BAMS, or BHMS degrees Doctors** to fulfill customer support roles with our new IVF chain, headquartered in Mumbai. It is a Work from Office role (Office Ghatkopar East) and will be an 8 hrs shift.

To start with I would need 4 Drs.

**Key responsibilities will be -**
- Triage cases and escalate medical emergencies to the appropriate clinical teams.
- Review prescriptions, reports, and treatment plans to ensure accuracy before dispatch (if applicable).
- Assist patients in understanding medical terminology, test results, and treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., doctors, pharmacy, diagnostics, tech) to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain records of patient interactions, feedback, and issues in CRM tools.
- Ensure compliance with medical ethics, data privacy laws, and company protocols.
- Participate in training programs, quality audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹9,179.49 - ₹34,427.14 per month
