**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns**:

- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members to produce compelling marketing materials.
- **Manage Social Media Platforms**:

- Maintain and grow the company’s presence across major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor brand mentions to enhance brand loyalty.
- **Optimize Content and Campaigns for SEO**:

- Perform keyword research and optimize website and content for search engines to increase organic traffic.
- Work on on-page and off-page SEO to improve search rankings.
- **Analyze and Report Performance**:

- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other tools.
- Generate and present reports to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvements.
- **Coordinate PPC and Paid Campaigns**:

- Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Continuously optimize ad performance and ensure the best ROI.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies effective and competitive.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Work closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to align digital marketing activities with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
