**International Voice Process**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Analyst to join our team As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting our marketing team in the development of marketing strategies by analyzing data and recommending optimization of our marketing campaigns. Converting the right business opportunity/lead to an appointment for the client from US. People from different domain having experience in voice can also apply.

**Salary - 25 - 30k**

**Timing - (12 PM - 9 PM for Girls, 1 PM - 10 PM for Boys/ Night (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM) Monday to Friday**

**Location - Ahmedabad (Onsite)**

Marketing Analyst duties and responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and activities
- Conduct marketing analysis and reporting
- Monitor the performance of marketing activities
- Monitor sales trends
- Report on the results of marketing activities
- Monitor the performance of the marketing department
- Participate in product launch and marketing events
- Collect and Analyze data through primary and secondary research methodologies. This would include interviewing B2B personas (over the phone) to capture their view and opinions. Capturing all the available information/data available through internet research
- Gathering data on competitors, consumers, and market situations
- Gathering data on consumer preferences, demographics, buying habits and needs.
- Gathering data on businesses, their strategies, policies, and financials.
- Devising and evaluating methods to collect data through questionnaires, survey and opinion polls.

Marketing Analyst requirements and qualifications
- Excellent command over English Language and interpersonal skills
- Hands on experience with MS Excel and Word
- Strong computer skills
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Highly developed attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
