**Job Title: Storekeeper**

**Job Summary**:
As a storekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. Your role is crucial in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that materials are available when needed for production or distribution. You will work closely with other departments to meet operational requirements while adhering to safety and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient space utilization and easy access.
- Conduct regular stock counts to reconcile physical inventory with records.
- Identify and report discrepancies or damaged items.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process requisitions and orders for materials, tools, or other supplies.
- Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to schedule deliveries and resolve issues.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, withdrawals, and returns.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and consumption patterns.
- Update inventory management systems or software as needed.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow established safety procedures for handling and storing hazardous materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to storage and handling of goods.
- Participate in regular safety training sessions and inspections.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to address issues and prioritize tasks.
- Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
