**Hyderabad Office IT Support**:

- Serve as the backup resource in providing IT support for the Hyderabad office.
- **
Job Description Network Issues**:

- Troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Perform driver software upgrades and validations.
- Timestamp LAN connections for wires, switches, MUX, firewall, and router.
- Raise and follow up on support tickets with the ISP's customer support team.
- **
Vendor Management**:

- Obtain quotes from multiple providers for various IT equipment and services.
- Ensure procurement of commercial laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, PRI lines, ILLs, CCTVs, biometric devices, and laptop peripherals.
- **
Asset Management**:

- Install and set up operating systems on IT assets.
- Install necessary drivers and software programs.
- Verify asset inventory every two months.
- **
Monthly Maintenance**:

- Perform regular maintenance on laptops, including system checks and updates.
- Clear temporary files and browser history.
- Update Windows, Office 365, and antivirus software.
- Uninstall unnecessary programs.
- Obtain acknowledgment forms from users.
- **
Biometric**:

- Send daily attendance reports to the HR department.
- Update biometric data monthly.
- Enroll new employees in the biometric system (fingerprints and access cards).
- Purchase new ID cards for new hires in multiple locations.
- **
Backups / Exit Checklist**:

- Back up data from laptops.
- Obtain signatures from employees during exit processes.
- Verify the condition of laptops and other assigned assets.
- Reset credentials for mail/IT support and other software.
- Delete biometric access and collect access cards.
- **
IT Security**:

- Provide IT security awareness training to new employees.
- Conduct monthly IT security and ISMS awareness training and assessments.
- **
IMC (Information Management Committee)**:

- Assist in the annual renewal of O365 and provide support.
- **
Onboarding & Exit Formalities**:

- Obtain signatures from employees for computer and technology use policies.
- Assign laptops to new employees.
- Verify IT assets during the exit process
- **
ISMS (Information Security Management System)**:

- Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits.
- Create documentation related to ISMS.
- Conduct vendor risk assessments as part of the audit process.
- **
Office Mobile Recharge & Service**:

- Follow up on monthly mobile recharges.
- Coordinate the purchase of new mobile assets as needed.
- **
NOC (Network Operations Center)**:

- Monitor the company's network regularly.
- Oversee network performance and security.
- Identify and address network issues or vulnerabilities.
- **
Timesheet Backup**:

- Perform a monthly backup of timesheet data.
- **
Office 365**:

- Create SharePoint sites for teams or projects.
- Create and grant access to OneDrive folders for employees.
- Assist in the annual renewal of Office 365 and provide support.
- **
Azure**:

- Serve as the backup resource in Azure-related tasks.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, CompTIA Network+) is a plus.
- Proven experience in systems administration and IT support.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
