To deal with the customers by any mode of communication
- sales support for both B2B and B2C customers
- Must have Knowledge of India Tours & Destinations
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Inform clients and provide useful travel material such as guides, maps, and event programs
- Identifying good leads through various sites
- Convert Incoming leads into sales.
- Lead Calling, Old Client Data Calling
- Follow up queries status and give possible solutions
- Recommend the right trip to the client based on their needs including any extra services that may enhance their experience
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Achieve target with in time limit
- Co-ordinate with other team members
- Having mentality to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options
- Knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel)
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Ability to handle crises
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Critical thinker and problem solver

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
