- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced System Admin Executive to join our team. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, Network & systems, ensure system security & backup. Provide end user support. Troubleshoot hardware & software issues.

**Desktop/Hardware**
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Perform regular software updates, patches, and security fixes.
- Troubleshoot and repair computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Conduct regular IT audits and security checks.

**Network**
- Setup and manage LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Ensure 24x7 connectivity for employees working from home.

**Software/License/Cloud Management**
- Manage user accounts (Google, Microsoft etc.) and ensure control and security.
- Knowledge of any one cloud services (AWS/ Azure/Google Cloud)

**Data Management**
- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.
- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, licenses, and documentation.

**Support**
- On time renewal of different software licenses and IT services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BCA) or master’s degree (MSc/MCA) in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT system administration.
- Proficient in any one of the operating systems: Windows, Linux, and macOS
- Experience in Computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience in troubleshooting Networks
- Experience in License management (desktop, SAAS, cloud products and services)
- Certification in CompTIA A+, or equivalent would be preferred
- Knowledge of any scripting language for automation would be preferred
- Knowledge of any one cloud services (AWS/ Azure/Google Cloud) would be preferred
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection would be preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
