We are looking for a Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact with our customers. This person should be young dynamic, and also capable of adding additional responsibilities not limited to sales and contributing to the growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound sales - telesales.
- Prospect, cold leads, and leads from other sources
- Go out of the way to close sales and acquire customers
- Ability to talk, convince and handle calls
- Handle paperwork and internal office paperwork
- Cross-sell, Pitch for products and services
- Prior experience in inbound, and outbound sales or call centers will be added advantage
- Proven telesales success rates
- Prior sales experience is a must
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Fluent English
- Work collaboratively across teams
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
- Acquire new customers

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 6 month of relevant sales experience and a track record of exceeding targets
- Fluent English
- Should be able to write, draft and execute professional English in written communication
