**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely processes.

2. Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

3. Coordinate with other departments to optimize overall supply chain efficiency.

4. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.

5. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

6. Collaborate with vendors and negotiate favorable terms to optimize costs.

7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

8. Utilize warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory movement.

9. Develop and implement strategies to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce costs.

10. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

4. Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.

5. Proficient in using warehouse management systems.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

8. Understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce them.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Warehouse management: 1 year (preferred)
- Supply chain management: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ghaziabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (required)
